Credit to how Ryan played that too. He knew what Mangipane would do and held cleared the road for him by holding up the defender
Special kudos to Jost deciding to let the guy with the puck go straight to the net to cover the trailer.

And Johnson for just letting his man get away, glide weakly to the net and just watch

They could have given Hathaway an assist there. He made a great play.

Managed to stay spoiler free for the day and watch the game today (I'm in Turkey right now). What a game by Smith! Sure was stressful despite the 4-0 score, I was on edge the first two periods.

It didn't necessarily feel that way, but I was surprised to see Gaudreau and Monahan at 14 and 15 minutes respectively.

I think it was more a reflection of special teams, but still surprising to see. Or maybe the way the game was going and the way the other lines were playing, it allowed them to not overplay their top guys.

Regardless, if they fancy a long playoff run, they need some big performances from those guys.

Pretty nice luxury to have.

Having more players being fresh will be imperative if the Flames want to go to the Finals. "easy" nights like last night where they weren't overly being hit or challenged compared to say the Vegas series will help to keep them fresh. Having Johnny's line only getting 14-15 minutes helps as well, as they'll get their points as things go forward. Every bit helps.

The PK, but also a reflection of McKinnon getting 25 minutes of ice time and Peters throwing the Backlund line out there religiously to check them.

First, they're very well done, so thanks!

Second, I assume the "where" might have been asking if there was a website that provided this type of editing capabilities.

For all the flak he has received, it's somewhat stunning that Mike Smith has been an All-Star, has won (in a shutout, no less) at the Honda Centre, and has recorded a playoff shutout as a Calgary Flame.

He's been inconsistent and I'm not gonna lie and say he's always been great, or even good. Heck, he's been downright terrible at times. But, ultimately, he's been a good Flame.

Oh, if that's the question then no there is nothing web based that comes close to being capable. It's standard video editing I'm not that good at it honestly compared to some people I know.

Back to the game holy smokes the salt on the Oilers forums is worse than I've ever seen it. We're talking giant pit of misery, jealousy and bile.

That's like me asking you guys if the weather girl is really pointing to the Flames scores instead of the forecast.

The answer is.. Who cares?

It's good to know if he is. The more celeb fans the better.

We already know Wil Wheaton is a Flames supporter. Then of course the Letterkenny guys. Didn't some other come up over the past couple years?
