Red is a colour...often misunderstood
Dean Molberg: “You should be kicked out on your [ass] if you don’t wear red to a playoff game.”

Such a ridiculous statement. Certainly it would be amazing if literally everyone at the game wore red. In reality most people do, which when you consider the fact we’re a fanbase that doesn’t need ‘red T-shirt giveaway night’ or whatever to fabricate the tradition like other teams do, is quite incredible.
People like the guy in the above photo wearing bright yellow, not much you can do about them. They are clearly aware of the tradition and are making a very conscientious effort to go against the grain for the sole purpose of the attention. They dont bother me either since it’s not their bright shirt that sticks out to me so much as it is their cry for help indicating an unfulfilled aspect in their lives.

Or they're just a Canucks fan, which would be quite unfulfilling as well.

Didn't they shrink it on the new Adidas ones? I've got the previous, Reebok version and agreed it was way too big. It looks a lot smaller to me on the newer ones, which was needed

My assumption when I see someone not wearing red is "they must be cheering for the other team"
Real Flames fans wear red.

If you are contemplating wearing white, or neon yellow or some other color that sticks out in a C of Red, then I have a poem for you:

Question: Are the '04 Western conference champs flags acceptable?
I can't find my regular car flags but I found the WC conference flags last week. I have leaned towards not using them thus far because I fear a jinx, but it would be nice to have flags up if jinx isn't a concern.

Oh yeah I think that's totally fine. A little dated and that's kind of a collector's item at this point that you may not want the wind ripping up (I found that one too when I was searching for my newer, regular ones but elected not to use it), but if you want to use it I say go ahead. It's still Flames

More than acceptable, but yeah I’d be worried about damaging those beauties. Just go buy a new one for 15 bucks.

So, red isn't enough for you, or are you a Rider fan?
Not everyone has a red Flames jersey.

You asked who was in the right.
Wearing a red football jersey is right colour, wrong sport.
Wearing a white Flames jersey is wrong colour, right sport.
Neither you nor your foe were in the right.
The 90 percent plus that managed to nail right colour and right sport are in the right.
I’m not a rider fan, I have a Flames jersey. More than one.
I even once wore a red Team Canada 2010 Iggy jersey to the dome. I was more in the right than you and that guy.
They make red Flames t shirts which is more in the right than what you chose.
Maybe you could borrow a jersey from a friend. If not, maybe you can try to get better friends.
Lots of ways to be more in the right than you two. Sorry
You could have done worse, if that makes you feel better

I was in Winners today and they had decent Flames hoodies in red for cheap, if a jersey is too pricey.

I'm going with my Retro red, but only crappy thing is the prevalence of these jerseys reduces the "redness" of the C of Red given the White Logo standing out and the Black logo almost deepens the red.

You, obviously. You don't need to wear a Flames red jersey. You need to wear red.

Whats the over/under on % of non Red shirts/jerseys being Riders jerseys?
It is a long-standing rule to make sure if you are a saskatchewan then you represent your CFL team at every beach resort in mexico / florida, whenever travelling overseas, every sporting events across the globe, at weddings, and any other formal occasions.
im setting it at 50%

Say if you are going into a job interview, do you keep your playoff beard going or shave it off?
And is it appropriate to wear Flames gear to the interview?

The order of preference for me is:
Red Flames jersey
Red Flames clothing (jacket/hoodie/shirt or even one of those blankets)
Red clothes that are unaffiliated.
Red sports gear that's not hockey, preferably a Calgary team like the Stamps (I don't agree with wearing Red Wings gear to support Calgary). Team Canada also OK.
