Both organizations are in for a bit of a tear down, so McLellan will probably be looking for a 4+ year commitment to make it worth it for him.

I could see Anaheim bouncing back quickly when the LTIRetire Kesler. They have some good young pieces and Getzlaf is still good.

I would choose them over LA as a coach, all else equal.
