That was the case in Colorado in the beginning. Apparently the standard treatment was putting the patient on a bed in a dark room and giving them a pillow to hug.

Ohh man I had a similar experience the other week. I’d say I have built a solid tolerance but oh man did I cross that line as well. Took some Oil with a buddy and it was kind of hard to gauge how much we should be taking. 2 hour later we were feeling nothing so we decided to spark up a joint, right when we finished the joint I went into a whole other world of highness. I can’t say I enjoyed it but i guess it was reassuring that my tolerance isn’t as strong as I thought. Be careful with THC Oil! #### kicks in late!

It is shocking how messed up oil can make you. I pretty much only use it as a base layer now. Like if you're renting a cabin for the weekend with friends or whatever, take a small amount so you'll have a good buzz for four or five hours, but supplement that buzz with the odd bowl and some drinks. Don't rely on oil for your only buzz because it's too hard to predict where you'll end up. That is, unless you're looking just to be a total disaster then go nuts. But if you want to be social and not a complete freak show, go easy on the oil.

Oil was mostly what was around Calgary in the 80s, before B.C. hydro became a thing. And the stuff we got as teenagers had been stepped on so much down the chain - cut with vaseline, or worse - that it was often an pleasant high. But it was cheap.

250mg? I can't even imagine how messed up that would make me. Taken edibles I got from MOM and about 20mg gets me to mellow times. 30mg is everything is constantly funny but I don't even remember what happened 2 sec ago. had a bit more than that once and it was 4 hours of 'paralysis' on the couch watching whatever the #### was on TV in some weird 1/2 asleep 1/2 awake zombie mode. And I'm a big guy, just very little experience.

We used to make the stuff....no idea what others did to it, but we used 99% ISO to extract to as pure as possible using either weed or hash.

Then we discovered another step afterwards that required ether to make the purest effin honey oil ever produced.

It wasnt cheap though...IIRC it was 25 or 30 bucks a gram way back then.

makin drugs back then was an art form for many...from thc based stuff to LSD to certain chemicals.

anyone ever remember or hear about Thai stick back in the day? Stuff was the BOMB if done correctly...and im not even sure how it was processed. I "think" it was buds tied to a stick (well that part i know is true) and then dipped in honey oil, dried, and then at times a little more oomph added in the form of opiate.

Once you’re experienced, or a semi-regular smoker, you kind of hit a “max high”. I’m not really intimidated by a level of THC in edibles. Could easily take 250mg, and have exceeded it before. The peak high just lasts longer and longer the more you take. I have no science to back this up though.

So I usually keep it below 250 because I don’t want to be high for 48 hours.

We used to do this too but I'd just buy shake from my dealers to make it. Cut down on the costs quite a bit.

Smoke it. Often in the most cost-efficient yet lung-bustingly unhealthy manner: bottle hoots. I swear that's why I'm prone to bronchitis to this day.

Although one buddy did take a bunch orally once - filled a couple contac C capsules and downed them. He was still tripping balls the next morning at school.

Rarely ever smoked before it was legalized. It has now completely replaced alcohol for me when it comes to unwinding on the weekends or social gatherings.

Took your advice and just made an order from the aglc website. Got two different kinds , looking forward to trying them

Thanks for advice - I note capsules range from 2.5 mg to 5.0 mg per capsule. Which did you have in mind in suggesting first one, then two capsules?
