Add some depth to that team and I think they're up there with the Flames for the division lead in the foreseeable future. A lot to like there -- and a lot for Flames fans to dislike. Have to admit, I assumed Hughes was a forward because his brother is a forward, plus would never have guessed that bean pole was a defense man

I mean... if you want to call out a GM for bad free agent signings, I'd actually argue Treliving's UFA track record is far worse.
Roussel has been pretty productive
Eriksson has been far more productive than Neal and actually kills penalties
Beagle was a miss for sure
Stecher is pretty good, bro. 4.4% CF rel, plays 20 minutes a night. He does his job well and is still young. Juolevi... well he sucks in comparison to Tkachuk, but there's stuff to like in his development. I think he'll be a player
Idk. I haven't manifested a strong hate for these Canucks yet. Their players are just fun to watch. They're exciting and fast. I much prefer this core to their old one but that can easily change with just one Pettersson playoff series

Shouldn’t we just leave it up to hwy19man to post the scores at the end of the night for non playoff implication games so it doesn’t clog the thread up of games that actually matter?

Meh. No news is good news for me. Plus I think if people want to discuss other games while the Hawks and Sharks play I don’t see an issue with it.
