Default North American Union???

http://www.vivelecanada.ca/staticpag...60830133702539

I don't know if this has been discussed but, I stumbled
across this site today. I realize it reeks of conspiracy theory
but who knows?

Much of the movement towards free trade and even a super
highway is motivated by short/long term financial gain. But I
guess my questions are:

1. Will it lead to North American emerging as one country?

2. Is there really an agenda for the forming of one super country
or is these movements just a response to security and economic
considerations?

I do have a personal interest in this other than the obvious. This
super highway is suppose to be going through the Kootenays.
Somewhere through near Trail to be more precise.

I've known of this site for a long time. I originally ended up there out of interest in some things, but because most of it turns out to be pie in the sky conspiracy theory junk I stopped going.

I hope that we will never see the day of a united N.A. I can't see how that improves security, and economically one country has a good economy and the other is in the tank....

I could see Canad and the US eventually getting to an EU style where the countries still reign supreme but the EU governs - actually apart from sue Microsoft I dont know what the EU does that a country has to follow.

Until Canadians can describe themselves to the rest of the world without the US, it will never happen. Alberta and BC yes, rest of country - no.

spp.gov has a 'myths versus facts' section that tries to poo-poo it all.

but honestly, they have links on that page to something like 10,000 pages of documents that all fly in the face of that disclaimer, obviously there for the casual observer.

http://www.nascocorridor.com/ has a basic map.

kansas city is kinda mexico-mad (i hear) with 'all the money' they'll make as a mexican port, as goods on this highway will come in from a physical mexican port and get distributed there.

in reality it's like all globalist agreements - using the good idea of free trade to set up cartel trade.

these highways are going to completely circumvent the teamsters, longshoremen, etc. and really break the back of the unionized commerce labour.

a thread i had awhile ago on some of the larger issues at work here.

It's already policy. It was signed by Bush Martin and Fox a couple years back.

some bob pastor stuff

http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/ar...TICLE_ID=53378

Robert Pastor, a leading intellectual force in the move to create an EU-style North American Community, told WND he believes a new 9/11 crisis could be the catalyst to merge the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

yikes.

Also interesting to see John Manley involved with the CFR.

If people would just get politically active then there would be no need to worry. (Instead of protesting when they hold meetings and conferences and waiting to get tear-gassed and pepper sprayed in the process).

Just my opinion, but if no one is doing anything pro-actively then nothing gets done.

these meetings are happening entirely out of the public political sphere, yes many heavy hitters and influence peddlers and current politicians are there but you won't see much debate aboot the banff meeting in the newspaper where most people get their daily political news.

on a side note i was actually on television in prince george with the green party guy and the canadian action party woman there to discuss the banff meeting on public access.

was kinda neat, never been on tv before.

I agree with this, and that is the sad truth that make this so difficult to combat. But I still hope/think that action is a better than protest anyday.
