Milos loses the first set tie break. Felt like he was in control of that set then the tie break it kinda fell apart on him.

Thiem made some dandy shots in the breaker and Milos starting it with a double-fault got him in trouble early.

Too bad, Milos played very well today, but his forehand stroke let him down today. Still, a trip to the semi-finals is a good week.
