Expecting that #Flames will roll with Gaudreau-Ryan-Lindholm and Tkachuk-Backlund-Frolik as top two lines tonight in Winnipeg. Monahan definitely out (did not travel) but one other scratch unknown. What we know is 7 D and Quine also gets in.

Hopefully Monahan isnt serious but i feel the time off will do him well by the way he was playing it seems like he had some nagging Injuries

Smith was just absent with an illness, so it's safe to assume Monahan has the same thing and they don't want it to spread further. Hence why he didn't travel with the team.
No need to look beyond that IMO.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure all Hockey Night in Canada games are Nationally broadcasted, even if the game is only on the regional channels.

When you watch the pre-game vids from the Jets they are very aware of the Flames and what has transpired the last three games. They know they are in tough.

Hoping mony is ok.
But getting spotted by the concussion monitor one game and coming out sick 1/3 through the next game are two dots that almost scream to be connected.

Sure, but 3 dots that scream to be connected are Mike Smith missing due to illness, Monahan announced as sick last game, and now Bennett out tonight for "precautionary reasons".
Sounds like a illness the team is trying to stop from spreading.
