New York Rangers (28-29-13-69) @ Calgary (43-20-7-93) 7:00pm (SNW)
The Calgary Flames are home in the Scotiabank Saddledome this evening taking on the New York Rangers.
Projected starters are David Rittich for the Flames and Henrik Lundqvist for the Rangers. https://leftwinglock.com/starting-goalies
The Flames are looking to turn their recent fortune into a streak as they’ve won their last two.
The Rangers lost their last game, but in an odd turn of events are 2-3-5 in their last 10. Yes you read that right, FIVE of their last ten games have gone to extra time (their two wins were in regulation). That’s incredible.
Calgary's overall record is 43-20-7-93
New York 29-28-13-69 (nice)
The game will be broadcast on SportsNet West, if you’re outside of the Flames viewing area have your streaming devices ready.
Go Flames Go

Cant be looking past this one and thinking about Winnipeg tomorrow night. The Rangers will come hard tonight as they'll still have bad blood from the Andersson hit earlier in the year (that provided us with a great GIF)

Wow NYR is bad on the road.
If I recall correctly, last year the Rangers basically announced that they were starting a rebuild.
Then they managed to beat Calgary in the next game, and Calgary basically fell into a trap.
I hope that doesn't happen again.

big game for sure.
i really feel that out of the O6 teams, that the Rag's have the smallest fan base, so unlike when TO comes here, this should be a home game for the local squadron

Sam Rosen is the best.
My dream final has always been Flames v Rangers.
Can you imagine the hype in NYC and sporting a Flames jersey thru the streets of Manhattan.

Sharks lost last night, so a W tonight for the Flames puts them back in first in the Pacific.

No. The Flames would need 96 points to clinch today.

Sportselect Info
Flames Win = 1.45
OT = 4.3
Rangers Win = 3.9
Over 6.5 = 1.95
Under 6.5 = 1.5
Have to take advantage of the soft match-up today to get back into first. Hopefully Johnny continues his dominance of Metropolitan teams (he has 10G, 13A in 14GP) and the Flames roll into Winnipeg tomorrow on the highs of crushing a team that's given them trouble recently in the Rangers. 5-2 Flames.

My family and I had the pleasure of sporting the Flaming C through Manhattan in October when we went to see the flames play the rangers, which we won
