It should be. But again, you never know with the NHL.

I'm not panicking yet but I guarantee teams are chomping at the bit for a chance to meet us in the playoffs right now.

Flames were absolutely dominant in the first half of that period, but the lone goal gave the Yotes some life.

I think the lack of finish is a mental thing at this point. It's like they believe that they're not gonna score, and they're all gripping their sticks as a result. So damn frustrating.

Really hope these guys can regain their mojo, starting in the 2nd period. We've watched them score in bunches for 60+ games this year, so we know they have it in them. Just do it FFS.

But then what?

If they lean on their easy schedule but play anywhere near this, they're going to get walked by WC2

No kidding, LA Kings want their shot guy back

When you jam the puck into the goalies pads in a scrum you aren't supposed to get 7 shots added to your total.

Thankfully the playoffs aren’t for another month so why worry about that now?

Doan’s kid wore a Jets jersey to his retirement? Nice touch.

Because this is the time of year where good teams ramp it up to get ready for the playoffs, not go on season long losing streaks.

They're not getting dog-walked. In every game and not getting rewarded with the bounces.

You just dont get it do you?

Doesn't matter what we done to them the past season. We are talking right now. Right now we are a soft touch and are playing terrible going into the playoffs

Right now we are the team everyone wants to meet

Epic failure written all over this team as they continue to piss away points while the teams chasing them added at the deadline and are winning games.

We still have 2 periods to play here, but I don't disagree that seeing this team tonight has me a bit anxious too

If the 1st period Flames show up in the playoffs, they're getting walked though. That was weak hockey.
