I just realised I’m probably extra angry because I missed lunch and am waiting on chicken fingers to cook. Damn hangry.

It certainly looked to be a phantom “snap back” call.

At this stage it’s a “whatever” situation. Refs are bad now - I can only imagine the disaster the first round is going to be. Gaudreau is going to get his arm cut off by a slash and he’ll get two minutes for embellishment.

Flames were the better team in the 2nd half of that period, and Rittich has been outstanding so far. Game should be f***ing tied.

Feels like it's gonna be a tough slog going forward, as the Flames can't seem to buy a PP, let alone a goal. It's games like this that make me hate this clown show of a league.

It's calls like that disallowed goal that can drive the casual viewer away from the game. Not those of us here of course...

Did you see a replay that we didn’t?

What are the chances the flames get a PP next period?

yeah, they haven't wavered from their game plan the last few despite seemingly every bounce and call going against them

I get that but sooner or later the Flames need to start beating teams like the Sharks and Knights. I know it's only been two seasons but this building has the whiff of Honda Center curse.

Can someone, anyone (!) explain how this was a goaltender interference??? I don't get it anymore... I am the first one to shrug off whining about preferential treatment by refs, so I am sure there's none of that. But how did they conclude this was a legitimate interference? Tkachuk was completely out of the blue paint! Man, that call made me mad.

Refs have been brutal to the Flames since the ASG.

Once. The Sharks have handled them more than not over the past few seasons as have the Knights.
