You might think it's silly but coaches do it. A goalie change isn't always because the coach thinks the goalie sucked.

I know it happens at times, but the team itself easily could've had three goals themselves since they've got plenty of good chances; more than the Leafs. So the issue is finishing, rather than playing flat.
