Honestly, that's not even a penalty by Hathaway. The guy comes at him he dodges the check and is looking up ice and pushes the guy out of the way... kinda like it happens 100 time a game.
But since the guy slips and goes straight down and hits his head on the dasher its 5 and a game?? Give me a break.. AT MOST that's two mins

I'm not sure how people are missing that. After[ avoiding the hit, he pulls Kunin's head down and it smacks into the top of the boards. I am not sure he was aware of positioning. But still it was nasty.
