Wow hope Smith is alright. I am surprised they didn't go get a 3rd stringer for the AHL. Treliving was concerned about picking up a LHD with 4 good options already available yet didn't get any goaltending insurance despite two guys just getting destroyed in the A this year.
At least Gillies seems to be playing better lately.

Love that Chucky finally pulled off a between the legs goal. He only tries it once or twice a game!
Great to see Ras score again, another great game on the top pairing!
And for good Mike Smith health juju:

Hope Smith is ok. He's turned it around and has looked solid recently.
1st line still not great, but better moments. Maybe they're waking up.
All in all a great win vs a tough opponent.

Nice goal for sure. All 3 were nice though. Backlund snipe and Rasmus bomb.

Complete game from a top team. Weathered storm and pushed back. All three goals were beauties. Excellent road win.

and then frolik misses the empty netter just moments AFTER he blows up, instead of moments before.
Crazy.

Taking a while to get to 5000
Did no one watch the end of the broadcast? He walked off the ice to the room. Didn't limp. Wasn't carried.
