So Columbus has their 3rd, and Calgary's 7th left (they conditionally have Pittsburgh's 7th but that won't come to fruition).

I have often wondered what it would be like if a budget team just did bother with drafting and player development. Trade every pick all the time. Focus on pro scouting and try and make those trades count.

Julius Bergman included in this deal. Poor guy started the training camp in SJ, got traded to Ottawa in Karlsson deal. Got traded to Blue Jackets in Duchene deal. Got traded to Rangers in McQuaid deal.
