I've never been a big Zuccarello fan. Reminds me of cliff ronning. Good guy on average teams. I don't see him as a contributor on an elite team.

Zuccarello led the Rangers in scoring the last year they went to the SCF.

He'd be a good add. Stars desperately need more scoring. He's the guy I was hoping the Flames would add. Versatile guy who can play a lot of different roles.

If the Stars do get Zuccarello, we don't have to worry about them unless we see them in the final, and I'd absolutely rather see Stars + Zuccarello than either Nashville or Winnipeg (especially if either makes a deadline move).

Only teams I did the want to see load up are Sharks, Vegas, Predators, Jets, Lightning. So very happy to see the better trade targets go to anyone but those teams.

No. The Flames own both the Jets and the Predators, but a series against the Stars or the Blues would have me nervous.
