Poor Oilers, Ducks were going to play like it's Game 7 of the finals anyway. Of course. But now they're doubly motivated as Calgary made them mad!

Toilet Bowl match-up in Edmonton tonight. Not sure which team I hate more at this point, but I'm gonna cheer for the Ducks just so I can watch Edmonton's Cup parade hopes come crashing back down again. The Oilers are without McCheapshot tonight, so I fully expect the Ducks to win by at least a touchdown.
Also:
Go Blue Jackets!

Thought the same about the Isles but they laid an egg (and McDavid tried to crack an egg open with a hit) Thursday.

Is it normal for them to play the Canadian anthem in Buffalo even though there's no Canadian team playing?

It looked like Skinner broke his ankle but he's back in the game.

Quoted from Yahoo answers.
“Yes, the Buffalo Sabres have always played both the US and Canadian national anthems before EVERY game (not just when the opposing team is based in a Canadian city). This highly civilized and deeply respectful policy was instituted from the very beginning of the franchise in 1970 by Chairman of the Board Seymour H. Knox III. It was intended as a tribute to both the players and fans from that wonderful country to our north who gave us the glorious game of hockey. Also, in actual fact, "O Canada" is always performed first, followed by "The Star-Spangled Banner."

At the Panthers game today with my boy. His first ever hockey game live. We’re having a blast so far!

Ugh. Barf. I am so annoyed that I have only access to the craptastic Sharks feed for the game. Here's hoping they're crying from puck-drop to the end of the game.

The Sabres played with desperation and it worked as they beat the Capitals 5-2. Reinhart with the hat trick.
The Blues and Bruins are tied 1-1 in the second period.
