I'd be ecstatic with these 3 additions. I suggested McQuaid a few weeks ago and really think he addresses a couple issues, depth LD and playoff toughness.

I will be spending an unreasonably high amount of time pondering over your first couple posts over the next few weeks.

Quick and Clifford to challenge for the cup. Get Simmonds too if there's a way.

Good call, was going off prospect list from start of the year. Changed Suzuki for Hague

I would love Stone and I'd go all in for him given our season this year.

I'm assuming this year's first and a solid prospect (Dube or I'd hate to say it but Kylington) will be a minimum requirement. Add the 2020 first rounder as pending conditional pick on him resigning otherwise it turns to a 2nd might be able to get it done.

To me, it sucks to part with assets and futures but for a potential cup run, and given our dominance this season, the risk to rewards seems like it's worth it.

Small thing, but McQuaid is a RHD.

Heh. Flames could use another LD, and Bouwmeester is probably the best depth option when it comes to his ability to still handle bigger minutes. Ever since Duhatschek mentioned it I've thought it actually makes a decent amount of sense.

I’m guessing the ducks might make big changes in off-season I’m thinking. Probably minor tweaks at the deadline

I have no idea his salary or years left but if there was a way for Calgary to swindle him I’d jump on it. He’s the perfect addition for a long playoff run. A known performer when it counts and he’s a beast. As much as I hate the Ducks and him I respect him, and he’s got local history. Plays a heavy game as well.

3yrs@8.25 with NMC tells me it’s very unlikely he’s dealt this year or next.

I heard they are going to make ever one available but some of the vets like Getzlaf are not going to get pushed into a trade and will only get traded if he wants to go 2 a playoff team.
Same as the other vets .so who knows
