Guilty. Except, I'm not even drinking. Had some turkey for dinner, and then watched the game.

One hour left of 2006!

I work in 7 hours...I should just go in drunk like the rest of my co-workers do on a semi-regular basis.

well wasn't that exciting folks? I think I ****ed everyone else in the house off cause I wasn't giddy like Ales Hemsky at a Clay Aiken concert... Weird how people get on NYE ain't it? It's as if you're expected to be all happy and go party the night away..... Well, partying the night away might be fun, but I'm not gonna do it on a night where everyone, literally tries to get as drunk as possible. I have work tomorrow.....

We built a fire, put the kids in bed, and watched a nice movie together. Probably much better than attempting to have fun at a "party".

I don't drink often and that's all that happens in Banff. Everyone I know is doing their best to get ____faced right now. Plus being broke helps, so I kicked back and watched Clerks II instead.

Went to the game, drank a bottle of Hinkel Troken (german champagne) and watched a movie.

Great night!

I just got home, as quickly as I could. I can't stand New Years but I always get dragged out somehow. I got a cheap 42 inch HDTV Plasma this afternoon too, time to set that up and play some xbox 360 before pushing the gf over and passing out. Stupid fn new years.

Great game onioght though

Went to bed at 11:30.

Fireworks (more like M-80's and gunshots) woke me up and I told the wife Happy New Year's.

I have never been to a NYE party. Ever.

I stayed in as well. Was gonna go to the game, but my daughter got sick. Went to bed around 11pm last night. I think the last time my wife and I went to a NYE party was 5-6 years ago.

I was putting down hard wood floor till about 11:00. Figured that if I got enough done last night, I might be able to finish the rest today by 5:30 and save myself $32! I must say those floor nailer things for hardwood floors are pretty cool. Anyone here live in St. Albert or Edmonton and want to lend me a table saw?

Stayed home. Wife was asleep at 11 (exhausting few days for her)...woke her up for 5 minutes of "HNY" stuff, the went and stood on the deck and watched the fireworks in downtown, (although it was freaking pouring rain) then proceeded to watch 2 movies and stay awake til 5 AM.

Great NYE.

Watched the game on TV,
Put the kid to bed,
Made a delicious lamb chop dinner,
Ate said lamb chops over candle-light, just me and my wife,
Sat by the fire for a while, drank a glass of scotch,
Headed to bed at 11:00 to read,
Kissed my wife goodnight at 12:00, turned off the light shortly after.

A cozy and happy new year's eve!

Got back from the game at 10PM with my nephew, stayed home and watched Barnyard!

Much more fun that hanging out with some ######bags at a bar.
