Preds reacquire Cody McLeod from Rangers for a 7th round pick

The Predators are re-acquiring Cody McLeod from the Rangers for I believe a 7-th RD pick. Trade call hasn't happened yet.

Oh, absolutely -- but Watson was also a first-rounder who could score some. McLeod is neither of those things... but it does make sense from the pugnacity standpoint.

Am I the only one that isn't afraid of the Preds this year? Sure they have had some injuries, but I'd be more fearful of Calgary, Winnipeg, SJ, and Vegas in the west,

Why would the Preds do this? McLeod isn't even an upgrade on Zac Rinaldo.

It's utterly hilarious how there can be any NHL GMs who think Rinaldo and/or McLeod have any place in the NHL right now.

Nearly every team has a player this or similar to this in the system. Even Treliving experimented with Peluso this year. It's not that surprising for me as this continues each and every season.

True, and it's still a joke with guys like Peluso, McLeod and Rinaldo and the rest of their like because they have no actual NHL hockey playing skills.

Well since he was already there, Im guessing they have a pretty good idea of what he brings and what they lost when he left originally.
