Default Joining a gym???

Well Happy new yr CP'ers.Just wondering how many are out there are gonna join a gym, start eating right, drinking less.Every year most of us say this, and whether it lasts very long or not is another question.I myself am gonna renew a gym membership and go at least 3 times a week.

I put a gym together in my house, it just makes things easier for me, and its tought to skip going to the gym because of distance or time. Its right down the hall from my bed room.

I joined one 2 months ago.

I do an hour on the treadmill everyday plus some work on the machines. So far i've lost 10 pounds.

My new office has a gym, so I don't have any excuses now. I just wish they had one of those funky treadmills for skates.

It sucks going to the gym in January in February, its so friggin packed with people just signing up due to New Year's resolutions or whatever. Its funny though because youll notice around March and April it starts tapering off again. I guess alot of people give up on it after awhile.

Personally Ive taken my own little siesta from the gym. What with essays due in late November, to finals in December, to family visiting and Christmas treats(egg nog by the gallon, turkey, chocolates, boozing with relatives you dont see often) in late December...I cant wait to get back to the gym. So I guess Im in the same boat as the New Year's people.
