Hawks moved leading scorer

Chicago Blackhawks had moved their leading scorer Espen Knutsen to Buffalo Sabres for 3rd pick.

Espen Knutsen leads Hawks in goals (6), assists(8), points(14) and tied for lead in +/- (+4).

Fans were highly frustrated with this move. They are planning the “Bring back Espen” chant at the next Hawks game. Official fans website had run a poll “How many points will 3rd pick get this season?”.

Hawks GM failed to make any comments about the deal as he was constantly booed by fans, gathered in and around the pressroom.

The sabres acknowledge they made this move primarily to appease Buffalo's large Norwegian community. Well that and Riku Hahl and Ryan Vandenbussche suck.

Loooob, who normally loves the 3rd round picks, finds himself with only one left.

The Bruins are happy to see Espen getting some play time in the CPHL this year. He was penciled in as the second line centre all year in the AHL before Hawks GM Pointy came to his rescue at the beginning of the season. The Bruins Managment would like to wish Espen luck in the Ugliest City in North America (not Kingston).
