At the bottom of section 117 is an area where one or two camera people film game and fan reaction video from. When I had seats in 219 we would see them turn the camera on those people right behind or beside that position after goals. I would bet that 'Reg' is either in the first couple rows of 117 behind the cameras or in the first few rows of 116 beside the cameras.
Looking at a seating chart for the dome, it doesn't look like the other corners have the same missing seats to form that small camera area, so I'm pretty sure that's where you'll find that glorious man.

I definitely think whatever she says ends with a 'G'. I'm convinced Reg is correct.

She doesn't start with an "R" IMO. It looks like a "W" . The middle is definitely "ahhh". The end could be a soft "G" or a "J", "CH" or even "SH". Doesn't look like a "T" though.
It's clear the man's name is Watch.

I think I may have been swayed by the slow mo.
Edit: I don’t know about “Reg” but it’s definitly not “Whaaaaaat” like I’ve always believed. Also never broke it down to this level of detail.
