Good to see Neal get rewarded on the scoreboard tonight. He has been improving as a of late, so hopefully this is a sign of him finding his groove.

I am loving Bennett these days too.

It was really nice to see the depth players pull through and win this one for us tonight. It's nice to know when the top line is having trouble, the others can take over.

Funny what happens when Ryan no longer operates as the right winger / QB on the pp2

The OT loss against Buffalo makes sense now.

Oh and for all their offensive fire power. The Flames are averaging 3.71 goals a game. Now hang on and enjoy that number for a minute, 3.71 goals a game. The Leafs 3.53 goals per game.

Suck it leafs nation, suck it
I just hope Gio can step it up a bit, and get into the Norris conversation. Obviously, Rielly is the runaway favourite, the best D-man in the league.

Obviously.

Another point from Gio will give us 5 players with 50+ points.

1st line really was awful tonight. But they deserve the occasional night off considering how many games they win this team by themselves. Thank goodness the bottom 6 came to play though, they were outstanding.

Ryan has been impressing me on the 4th line lately and Rasmus Andersson has the potential to be a big time PP quarterback for this team.

We’ve seen some flashes of greatness from Jankowski and now Bennett and even Neal’s game has seen improvement lately. If these guys can find chemistry and sustained production, then the sky is the limit for this team.

Flames have 109 goals on home ice this season.

The Kings have 109 goals on the entire season.

Had a head cold so I took NyQuil and slept through the whole game. Good thing the frog was up though! Glad we won, will have to watch the replay.
