Last year: Ho hum, another year of disappointment from the Flames. Turned off games as soon as the Flames went down by a goal, stopped watching completely in February

This year: What is this feeling? It's completely foreign and unnatural, I'm not sure how to process it. What's it called? Hope? Never heard of it, but I must say I do like it

This Year: Every game is "must see TV" (and I strongly believe games aren't over until the final buzzer, even if we're down by a goal or even two!)

This was a big one for me. I missed watching/listening to more Flames games than I ever have, and admittedly, I think I might have tuned in to more Knights broadcasts than ours last season just because they were playing with heart and were mega exciting (similar to how we're thankfully doing this year), and I couldn't stand our miserable GG hockey.

This season has been a thrill like the 2014/15 season was (in certain ways), except that we're actually really, really good finally, unlike that team. This present day team is can't miss entertainment.
