It's funny when Oiler fans talk about the Flames record is not sustainable.
When I look at their record and see that they are still a bubble team with one more regulation win than losses, that seems like a huge over achievement to me. That is not sustainable. How that team is not in a lottery position is beyond me. I guess McDavid really is that good, because he alone has them about 8 or 9 spots overall than they deserve to be.

They are in a lottery position. All teams that miss the playoffs are in the lottery.

If you watch them play they play like they are pretending to make an effort. Shooting, skating and hitting aimlessly. If they are in position for another draft pick they will not be satisfied with 10th place. My guess is we see another free fall where they lose to all the teams below them.
