OK, calm down, everyone. The Flames got out of taking six minutes in penalties in the first couple minutes of the game still tied.

This game is still well within reach.

You punch that out with your blocker. Rittich has done it a million times. Waive this ####ing guy I'm sick and tired of this. Basic fundamental goaltending.

I wonder what it would like to have this ####ing sieve in our net go a game without letting in some garbage a 16 year old could stop.

Monahan is noticably more physical. He just knocked a man down and took the puck.

Maybe he needed those four surgeries.

Whats the use of being 6'6 when you're so deep in your net you don't even use it.

Smith with his patented soft goal early in the game to kill any momentum. Sick of watching his guy

I really want to root for Smith but he just makes it so hard most games. An average backup makes that save.

Ugh, even as a fan that's so deflating. Hopefully they're all expecting at least one of those a game and now can focus on getting it back.

Can’t blame Mike Smith on that one . Flames can’t be allowing unscreened shots from the boards. They should

How does his positioning still suck so badly at this stage in his career, he's like a tortoise and the shell is his net, he lives inside of it

Man the boys worked to hard for that goal to go in. Unfortunately that's our backup.

Smith played that like he didn't know where the shot was coming from or where its trajectory was at all.

Ahahahaha this is why so many people complain about Mike Smith. It's just too predictable at this point. I don't know how anyone can defend this at this point. Just sad.

The fact that it’s been this bad all season and isn’t improving shows that he’s done.

Flames need another goalie. Smith isn’t back-up quality. He’s just not NHL quality anymore.

Who needs to calm down, I see most people happy to be tied after that PK. Is anyone suggesting a tie game is not in reach?

You may as well have started Gillies. Maybe Stockton just sucks because we have their two best defensemen and any forward that shows a pulse offensively.

I think he has been way better defensively and psychically this year as well. Guadreau back checking hard as well. Either Lindholm or Peters

Glad to get the automatic bad goal out of the way early.
