Can't watch the game right now. But I'm glad that were back in it. It was 2-0 last time I checked.

I'll put them as equals in the shot department. Monahan's a better shot between the circles. Pettersons is so deadly off the wing off the rush. Monny doesn't do that nearly as much. Both are deadly accurate and deadly hard.

It is his rookie year, and he is playing on an otherwise bad team, so I can understand why they are pumping the tires of the Canucks, especially given another team can’t seem to stop burning their own tires in spectacular fashion!! Lol!

To think we have this first line and the possibility of picking someone up to play with Chucky and Sam on the second line in the future makes me giddy. Gotta somehow dump Neal and Smith's contracts to get that guy, but I have faith in Tre.

good, they didn't at first...I remember one Friday game they didn't add an assist until the following Monday.

I remember because it was very controversial in my pool

So smiths sv% doesn’t take the penalty shot into account? Is that normal?

Couldn’t resist

agreed Pettersson is an elite talent...

the media talking about him doesn't diminish what other players are doing imo...anyone that knows hockey knows what a talent Monahan is

Not sure why Flames fans can't stop gushing though...especially when we have a young center with more points many don't consider a #1

I agree, but I would like to see him save the first goal. He is having a problem sealing off the bottom of the net right now.

Probably not since it doesn't take place during game time.

I love Lou. I wish we could have a 3-Man team with Ball and Hrudey upstairs and Loubo down in between the benches. Ball + Campbell + Loubo would also be a solid trio when Hrudey is off doing other things.

Or even just have Loubo slide in to do the colour when Hrudey is doing his HNIC thing

That $240 book is outrageous over priced. Nice book but pretty silly price and the print isn't even of the Flames

I like the game of hockey so watching good players also entertains me even if it is a Canuck

Oh man, that would be an absolute dream. Loubo is one of my favourite people in hockey, he's always been a pleasure to talk to.

Penalty shot isn't a coin flip...shooters core in the 20-25% range

Who here thought Smith had a 75-80% chance of stopping that lol

Sometimes its like Sportsnet is afraid to be the home show in Calgary - listen to the Edmonton broadcast and they salivate about McDofus all game long.

This coverage they cant even single out the ref for a very marginal penalty shot call.
