This is a good hire. Quenneville will have them playing good hockey and if they can ever get a goaltender they could be an eastern power. They have way too much talent to be this bad.

Philly needs to close the deal with Quenneville... that would be a fantastic hire.
Pilly has talent (except between the pipes), so he could do wonders for that franchise

I think it's worse. The whole world knew this guy was fired yesterday and they couldn't even be bothered to tell him today?
They should have told him as soon as the leak was out.

Just brutal stuff by Holmgren.
He was a disaster the last time he ran the team and looks like he is carrying on with the same "formula" as always.
Really feel bad for many of the people there as the bully is back.

I could understand this when Snyder was running the show, but how does Holmgren get back into that job after his first tenure? Bobby Clark pulling strings?
