That's true, its not actively hurting, but if it isn't contributing why are we so tolerant? I'd also argue he is actively hurting, he has a fairly high number of O zone turnovers by boards, and killing plays is hurting things. I get it we're winning

There needs to be another puck hound on that second line. Neal is not a good fit there, he just can’t move
