The Chargers and LT are on an absolute mission this season. They have to be the favourites to win the Super Bowl right now. But Id watch out for the Ravens. Theyre under everyone's radar right now. I wouldnt be shocked to see Baltimore knock off San Diego come playoff time. What a defence.

The Chargers have defense and LT, plus an offensive line. Rivers sucks though. All he has to do is not fumble the snap and the chargers are fine.

Statement game by the Colts tonight. Defense played great against one of the best Offense's in the league and Manning got back to his normal self. For at least one week the critics can shut up

I really didn't see that coming. I thought for sure Cincy would win. I guess the Colts had to get back on track at some point though. I dunno, Bangels miss the playoffs? There is certainly a number of teams in the AFC fighting for that final wildcard spot. It's up for grabs after tonight.

They are done. Put a fork in 'em.

Denver and the Jets or (wait for it) the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Probowl teams announced today....

In the NFC Tony Romo makes despite not playing till what, week 6? Also they seem to think Steve Hutchinson is still playing for Seattle.

No, Cinci and Jacksonville make it.

Chiefs finish 7-9 but get a top 10 pick.

Another poster here directed me to an artical in the Kansas City Star today. In the past 9 years guess which NFL teams have only made the playoffs once? Cardinals check, Lions check.....CHIEFS! Yes the Chiefs are one of the three most mediocre teams in the NFL! Tank the season, get a good draft position, and gut the whole damn thing next year. This mediocrity sucks!

Well according to all of the Cowboys homers he's the next Dan Marino.

DeAngelo Hall starting over Lito Sheppard? What a joke.

The entire pro-bowl selection is pretty much a joke. See link.

My Eagles vs Cowboys will be a very interesting game, will suck not being able to watch it. I wonder if T.O. will be ignored the whole first half again.

The whole NFC, sans the Eagles, seems to be in a free fall. Chicago's defense is dented; Saints offense with an off-day; Romo being "figured out." Only the Eagles seem to be the team on the rise.
It's profound, how many times "the Eagles" and "Superbowl" have been used in the same sentence lately.

Once, and by you. I wouldn't say the NFC is in a freefall, Bears won last week, as did the Cowboys, the Saints lost for the first time in a month. My, a little Jeff Garcia and philly nation is a little drunk on themselves

San Diego should win the superbowl this year, LT is ridiculous. He could end up being the greatest running back of all time. Seriously.

Only since Rivers showed he could managr a game. Before the season the prognosticators were calling AJ Smith nuts for letting Brees walk away. I wouldn't call them a surprise, but there weren't many who fore-saw the season going as well as it has up to this point.

What an ugly game in Green Bay so far.

Favre sets a personal record throwing 33 times in the first half...but only has a 6-0 lead to show for it.

The rookie QB for Minny is finding life to be difficult in the weather and that GB pass rush.

First downs.....14-1 in favor of GB.

I know a lot dont like Chris Collins color commentary, i think he is terrific. Bryant Gumbel on the other hand is a complete twit. Awful.

Well I have to admit that I was having a tough time making my Yahoo picks this week. Outside of Indy and Chicago having easy wins I didn't see much of anything in terms of mismatches. I put 14 points on the Packers being able to take advantage of a rookie QB at Lambeau in December. I don't like putting that many points on the Packers....but I didn't see any matchups I really liked better.

What a bizarre football game.

The Vikes finished with 27 yds passing, 77 rushing, 3 1st downs and almost won the game sans a Rayner field goal with less than 2 minutes left.

Bubba Franks almsot single-handedly lost the game for GB with a fumble in the end-zone, and a stupid penalty that took the Pack from the 3 to the 33 with under 2minutes left.

AT least the better team won in the end, and if that is Favre's last hurrah at Lambeau, it was a win....and unbelievably keeps their playoff hopes alive.

Not bad for the "joke of the league"!!
