That was likely the worst goal he let in all season. The other 3 tonight, some of the best ever couldn't stop those.

Should be 3-3. I have no idea where Mike Smith’s game has gone, but it’s at an embarrassing level right now. Unless the team plays picture perfect D, he struggles to look good. Shakey saves, poor positioning, pucks going in from areas of the ice that should never go in. That’s 2 games in a row from the same spot and you can tell teams are game planning around that.
That 4th one was completely utterly unacceptable. I can’t figure out which one is worse, the Montreal one or this one.

That third goal he allowed earlier this year against Montreal was god awful as well but yes the point stands... some brutal goals against.

Smith was to blame on goal #4, but it's unlikely any goalie is stopping the first three against him. Team has been ass tonight, he's been no worse than most of the guys in front.

It’s amazig how quickly this team goes back to him, Rittich has a so-so game vs Dallas and boom Smith is now the starter again.

There have been so many goals that hit Smith, went through him somehow, and slowly slid across the line without him even reacting.

Much worse than that - he literally backed into the net to get out of the way of the puck. Then watched it roll into the corner.
