Also Neal is thinking too much. He needs to clear his head and just play his game.

Disagree. There was some extra mustard on the hot dog tonight. Should we credit the Oilers team defense for the bucket of turnovers johnny baked up tonight? Also the PP entries were so poor and yet they still went to that well even when it wasn't working. Everyone sucked tonight. Honestly. they were gassed and mushy. And johnny was no exception. Seemed the Oil were perfectly happy letting Johnny dangle in a box tonight. Because there was nothing coming of it for the most part.

Meh, next time. Happily surprised at just how unimpressive the Oil are.

3rd game in 4 nights, no Gio, no Backs thought it was fairly even. Brutal hockey the Oilers play just boring lunch pale style. Such a garbage roster they literally are one player.

Not sure on the injury timelines but that game is 41 days away. Gio will obviously be back and hopefully Backlund, Frolik and Valimaki too. Congrats Edmonton you barely beat a team missing their Norris defenseman, Selke-nominated Center and another top 6 defenseman playing their 3rd game in 4 nights. Clap clap clap.

That's the best the Coilers could throw at a tired team at home? They're awful.

His give a s*** meter was really high tonight. I'm bummed that his ice time was cut in the 3rd because they could have used his energy out there.

Neal looked f'ing terrible, and I'm a big Neal fan (from previous years). He's looked better lately before this one, but I just don't know why he has been so poor this year. I hope he turns it around, but perhaps it's just a team chemistry thing that will never sort itself out? God I hope not, because there's 4.5 years to go on that deal.

I am just happy they did not schedule back to back to back games junior style with the oilers as the third game after the oilers had 2 days off.

Hopefully the Flames will have a full complement for that game, and show them how to play hockey.

They just want to give the oilers every possible advantage since the league knows we are a superior team. Can't say I blame them. That no good team needs all the help it can get.

That move Bennett made on Nurse was no 4th line player.
