Perfect time for Rittich to get back in net. Smith allowed a bad goal but then was solid after that so his confidence is still high as well.
Go Flames! It will be so nice to see the Oilers lose.

I'm glad Rittich is in, the Oil know about Smith's "6" hole...
Kind of wish Mangiapane-Jankowski-Neal stayed together though, Neal could of had 2 last night, he's just squeezing his stick, so snake bitten.
Peters, please just keep Ryan on the 4th, he's a good spot player, for key draws, on the PK and defensive zone starts. He's been better offensively lately. but his passing is still pretty brutal. I think the 4th is is the best spot for him.

My biggest concern about tonights game is not even the Oilers or our fatigue level, it is the officials.

I'm usually anxious before games against the Oilers, but this time around I'm actually more excited. Hopefully we can put an end to it the Oilers recent run here and kickstart them falling out of the race.

I think if we weather the early storm, we should be fine. Need to play to our strengths, and ignore the goons like Lucy and kASSian. Sticking to McSniffles like is another priority, but this team is very capable of shutting him down.

Would love to see it. I guess even a broken clock is right twice a day.

It won't get much easier than this for the Oilers. Tired team, missing two huge pieces..........there's no excuse at all for them.

This is almost the season for the greasers.
-Win and they can feel good about themselves and they can march on.
-Lose, and they won’t be able to shake the depression and no goodness, until next seasons.

To those saying the Flames wouldn't have got to bed until 2 AM I have a question.
Wouldn't they sleep in Calgary and travel today? Flying privately it probably wouldn't take more than 2 hours door to rink, then they could sleep the night decently at home and leave in the morning. Plenty of time. Even if flights were mysteriously out they could drive in a bus WHL style and still make it...

Tough to go to sleep soon after a game anyways. And travel legs are a thing. Even though it isn’t ideal, travelling last night probably makes more sense than going to sleep late last night and then travelling today.

I guess. My physical condition is somewhat less than that of professional athlete ( ), but I do better at everything if I have a full night sleep.
Even if they all slept until 9 they could be at the rink by noon at the latest. That'd be lots of time to work the kinks out, imo.
