I haven't watched much Blues hockey, but what happened to this team? They can hardly hang with the Oilers. Really poor reads in the neutral zone and can barely string passes together.

Yeah this is about as entertaining as watching the 90's young guns play the expansion wild.
Riveting.
Edit: young guns vs the devils to get the era correct. Which is likely even worse

When they showed Hitchcock’s initial interview, after being hired, in one of the intermissions, did anyone else find it incredibly arrogant when he said “I will take these guys to where they can’t get to themselves”? McDavid has 7 points in 8 games under “the fixer.” He had 28 points in 20 games prior to Hitch.
