Patrick Kane scores regularly from that spot with the same shot. Atkinson is a really good player. Stand up and you lose the bottom half of the net (where shots usually go in).

Imagine! We’d be tied if they hadn’t put smith in.
Love the goals but my only thing is why the hell does rittich get pulled after 1 bad period while smith plays like #### and gets 2 periods or gets to finish the game.
Pisses me off that smith gets so much leash. He sucks

Smith has had two good games prior to this. The third goal Rittich let in was worse than anything Smith let in during that time. Plus he looked bad on the first one. Peters has a pretty good feel for the goalies lately.
