He’s looked solid enough. He hasn’t given up a weak one, and that’s a positive. Building him back up will be a game by game process. Tonight looks like a good step forward in my eyes. Hopefully he keeps it up in the 3rd.

Fine. Not great, not bad. He's doing his job so far, and the two goals were high danger chances off of breakaways.

Just my opinion but neither of those 2 have played a game like Kyllington is playing tonight.

He looks way out of his class.

Be interesting to see his minutes in 3rd.

He's made some big saves. It is an improvement over his early season play. The two goals were breakaways where the player was being pressured, but they made good shots. He's still relying on the downward facing snow angel to make too many saves. The Chicago broadcast has the book on him. "For such a big guy he sure gets down low and opens up a lot of the net."

Anyone listening to Fan960? These playcallers during the goal countdown are bananas.

Andersson is playing equally as badly tonight. Any good he has done was immediately erased with that last penalty. I feel like that scrum with crawford fired him up and he's letting his emotions getting the better of him.

The only bad play I have seen Kylington commit tonight was that bad pass that led to Anderssons penalty. Through the legs backhander to 3 streaking Hawks.

He was inadvertantly blamed for the 1st Hawks goal when it was Hanifin that got walked. Other than that, I think you can lump the entire defense as not having a good night.

Well nice to know Smith sounds like he was not the problem in the first two periods.

Valimaki was awful against the Canucks in Vancouver.

Andersson was brutal against the Blues in St. Louis.

Kylington hasn't even been on the ice for a GA today, Hanifin's been on for both. You might be mixing up #58 and #55. The only bad plays I saw Kylington make were a questionable drop pass at the red line (he recovered) and one bad pinch in the first (guy didn't get much of a shot off there)

It will be interesting to see how much ice Kylington and Rasmus see in the 3rd.

8:48 for Andy and 5:33 for Olly after 2.

That was a terrible penalty, but at least it was in the last minute of the period. I always hate it when the Flames go on the powerplay that continues over into the next period. The opening face-off always takes a big chunk of time off of it.

I’m aware that Hanifin has struggled also.

My viewpoint remains the same on Kyllingtons play.

This CHI playcaller is great. Makes the enemy goalie saves sound epic. "WHAT A SAVE BY SMITH! OH MY GAWD!"
