Ugh. Not much of interest on there, and I am pretty sure some are just being brought back again. I swear Trolls, Paddington, and Bruce/Evan Almight were on Netflix before?
Watership Down looks like it could be interesting.
Roma is the film on there that you'll want to watch out for. Cuaron's new film looks absolutely stunning and early reviews have it as a genuine masterpiece.

I probably won't cancel but they are getting close to the edge where I don't know if the service is worth another price increase. Their movie lineup sucks and their original content is more miss than hit.

They do have a lot of misses but they're basically throwing everything they have at us and the demographic of Netflix users is so wide. Fuller House is terrible but damn if my kids don't like it. They wouldn't be bringing it back for more and more episodes if it wasn't popular.
They've made a lot of great TV so I'll be sticking around.
Some of my favourites:
Stranger Things
Black Mirror
Narcos
Ozark
Bloodline
Daredevil
Punisher
Arrested Development
Master of None
The Crown
Making a Murderer
Glow
Mindhunter
Dark
Patriot Act
Lost in Space
Haunting of Hill House
American Vandal
Manhunt: Unabomber
Big Mouth
House of Cards (first couple seasons)
They also get shows like Broadchurch, Peaky Blinders, Better Call Saul, etc.
The problem with Netflix is that I can binge something in a week or less and then I'm stuck waiting so it sometimes feels like there's not enough to watch. That's my own fault. I need to space it out a bit.

I already don't have cable but honestly, that news does kind of make me lean towards cancelling. I don't use it all THAT often.

Pretty similar list to what I watch, but notably absent is Fargo!
And the Netflix films have been more miss than hit (from what I've seen).
So browsing the catalog, looking at the movie posters "Hmm, what's this? Oh, Netflix Original. Pass".
That said, as a big Coen brother's fan, I did end up enjoying "The Ballad of Buster Scruggs". It's an anthology of six short films set in the Old West. The first couple didn't really hook me, but the later shorts were really well done.

Really? I havent minded most of the Netflix original content. Yeah there are some definite 'swing a miss' but for the few bucks a month that doesnt bother me all that much.

If you thought this season would have a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.

Same, I am really lucky that I am easily entertained I guess. Makes viewing much more enjoyable.
I am bummed about Daredevil though, season 3 was a marked improvement over season 2. Looking forward to S2 of The Punisher.
I've watched and enjoyed a bunch of the Netflix Original TV content. But some of the Netflix-distributed movies I've tried have been unimpressive. So when I see a movie being released straight to Netflix, I've learned that there is probably a reason a big studio didn't buy up the rights for a theatrical run. Of course there are some exceptions. I know there are some fairly well-received Netflix movies. But it seems the average quality gets diluted with a bunch of these cheap "straight-to-Netflix" titles.

Well, people like you (fans of Daredevil) ought to have expected this. I would not be one bit surprised if its revived.
Its just one of those things right now with the impending release of Disney's own streaming service they're going to start withdrawing their content as soon as their contracts expire, but it wouldnt surprise me to see that exact same content pop right back up when Disney is ready.

Highly recommend "Sick Note" for anyone looking for a new comedy series to watch. Rupert Grint (of Ron Weasley fame) and Nick Frost (Shaun of the Dead/World's End) both put in outstanding comedic performances.
