DAL is playing hard. CGY just needs to continue to play their game. It’s going to be a great challenge.

Flams won’t win. But Flames will.

Power play has to be addressed, You can't go 0 for 3...will come back to haunt you.
We don't get many power plays...have to make them count.

I'm happy to see secondary scoring late in the first. When our top two lines are coming out flat this is what we need. Flames are a good team, and good teams know depth gains are key. Hopefully it wakes the whole team up.

I hate referencing the team up the road, but this is what separates the Flames from them, depth. We have it, they don't plain a simple. Don't need the #1 line every night to get the W.
Also why we sucked a big one last year.

That was a weird period. The Flames were outplayed at 5v5, which has happened very rarely since Pittsburgh.
Good job by Rittich. How many games until its reasonable to stop being excited when he plays well and just accept that he is going to be good almost every night?
I thought Kylington looked fast and comfortable.

Ha! That is really cool actually.
All 6 Flames when we scored have played for Stockton.
Rittich, Kylington, Andersson, Dube, Janko, Hathaway.

I think so.
Played 6 games for them at the end of last season, played 1 playoff game for Stockton the season before.

A Pospisil report. Interesting. Didn't know he was the USHL leading scorer. Another late round steal? Flames have some really interesting pieces from round 5 and deeper.

My beard is starting to resemble Rick Ball's. Dark and intense, but a strong sprinkling of gray thrown in.

Just tuning in now. Shots seem fairly even, and we are 0-3 on the pp. Are we getting out worked so far?

Another fantastic shift that leads to a goal by the 4th line. I honestly think they’re ready to start stealing minutes away from Neal and co. I’ve been impressed with them for a while now. The chemistry they’ve built is impressive and I think this changes everything for this team going forward when they have 3 strong, deep lines.
