What insight to the game can she provide? She’s never played a game at an NHL level. Never played the physicallity, the schedule all the intangibles. Again she was great in her field but it’s a different ballpark then the NHL. If she’d had a broadcasting background at least I could understand. But again they brought her on to try to appeal to female viewers and that’s fine. But pointing that out shouldn’t cause shock and awe from people here.
