Lets see what does he have to work with
Outside of a few a really slow group of players
Not a lot of skill up front outside of three players
Up front the defensive awareness of a block of frozen poop.
Blueline
Not a lot of skill on the blueline
No real PP QB
A group of 3 to 6 defensemen at best
Can't pass
Goaltending
A starter who's struggling
A back up who's honestly doing well
What Edmonton fans can expect

19-20 is the final season of his 5 year contract.
Capfriendly has a “Coach history” tab (apparently) I used to find that.
