Obviously a fantastic period.
But I actually thought VGK had some good zone time for stretches. They seemed to be able to stifle the lines not with Gaudreau et al on them. I mean the goals against Subban were pretty highlight reel and that toe save?! The puck seemed to bouncing (a lot against CGY) and that had a way of ruining CGY's flow or else they could've really lit it up even more.
But yeah CGY played awesome and dominated for longer stretches. Playing great just keep it going - don't sit back keep playing in their end.

Rittich
Just unreal that Peters has that kind of confidence in the kids, albeit with a 5-0 lead.

They bent, but didn't break. Had a tough time getting out of the zone, but no really good chances on net while they were on the ice. That's good to see that sort of grace under pressure. It's going to happen at times.
