Credit Stauffer for stalking Katz and snifling his farts before he owned the Oilers and eventually landing a job he has no business doing. But he is by far the least qualified guy in the entire league doing that job. He's an emotional neanderthal.

Love all the Tkachuk hate for not going with Kassian. So our leading scorer doesnt fight your goon, instead draws 26 minutes in penalties out of that buffoon, and he's the one doing it wrong?
Never change, Edmonton.

Tkachuk knew exactly what he was doing and I loved every minute of it.

Kassian throwing punches at an unhelmeted opponent who clearly was not engaging in a fight? Sounds about right, #### that goofball.

Also loved how he said something like "the Oilers are doing an excellent job of keeping the Flames to the outside, and playing good defence" when the top line was putting on a clinic leading to the tying Monahan goal.

Those shifts in the third were the hemmed in the oilers and completed full line changes was a thing of beauty. Completely different levels of hockey going on there and the oilers didn't have a clue on how to defend that. Great worked started by Ryan-Neal-Frolik.

In my opinion Rittich stopping 3 short handed breakaways was the biggest difference in this game. The team has confidence when their goaltender can make those saves.

I don’t feel Tkachuk should have to throw down with a 4th line plug like Kassian. Oiler fans talk about how big and tough Draisaitl is well why doesn’t he step up and go with our star player?

What I really like about this team is that we currently have 4 players at PPG rates. Lindholm, Monahan, Tkachuk all at 21 points, Gaudreau at 20.
Honorable mention to Gio with 18. Gio leads all flames with a +/- of +8.
I am excited about this team.

Gotta love all the Oiler fans warning Quenville to "stay away" or "hang up the phone" if Chia calls.
On what planet do they think Joel would actually consider that tire fire? He can easily wait until the summer, or until more teams are looking for a coach. He doesn't want to roll around in that Oiler turd field at all.
