Horrible excuse. So they're repeatedly playing a #### goalie because their other goalie with great stats might not keep it up? Isn't it better to find out if he can keep it up rather than settling for the #### goaltending?

Smith's next contract is going to be huge! I'm sure every one of the 30 teams would pay him a million per season to sign an extension with the Flames
