Being a great female hockey player doesn’t make one suitable to be a colour analyst for a professional men’s league, let alone a major league like the NHL. Different game and atmosphere in all aspects of hockey. Notwithstanding the minimal colour analyst work to work her way up the ranks as others do with lower level hockey leagues as a colour analyst for those with no professional hockey experience.

Or take the journalist route.

I haven't minded Stones game. He doesn't get the puck up the ice as well as Rasmus but he's harder on their forwards. Neither goal on him either

Well York it was fun. But you're not allowed to criticize the Oilers on Sportsnet

Oilers down 3-0. Talbot pulled. Could possibly be a nice 4 game losing streak.

Re no power plays. You need to move your legs to draw most penalties boys.

Jason York is actually pretty good in his analysis for the games. Definitely would love to hear him more. Wasn’t a fan of him as a player but for the most part is decent on air. But yes, maybe he is auditioning to be the next Flames guy.

Our breakouts look atrocious.

Best period MS has played all year. Doesn’t fix the past but nice to see. Hoping we skip in an early
One, but unlikely if we keep getting beat to every puck

It’s crazy how much the sexism bleeds out of this board whenever we get Cassie doing the colour lol

Sucks we've basically left the door open for SJ to leapfrog us if not for Smith. Are we not trying to assert some dominance in the division? At least make them fight for it.

Don't buy the back to back fatigue with the short flight and kings being lacklustre.

Just need a patented Flames third here.

Cassie Campbell has a Hall of Fame calibre resume.

What the hell more could she do in the sport?

What an utterly ignorant and stupid statement.

Smitty was awesome in the second. Give him some run support guys. I also find it hard to believe the Sharks have played infraction free this game.

Give the Sharks some credit. They've been able to stymie and swam the top line very effectively tonight. They've obviously been preparing for the Flames.

Smith had one of his best periods of the season. And the Flames are a third period team. Game still within reach, end of the road trip, empty the tank.
