Flames start playing like garbage when they don’t trust the goalie.

I gotta admit, on those replays Smith's reaction time is very very slow. I think we really have to try and do something about our goalie situation. We won't make the playoffs with him in net.

We were playing great until Smith decided to give the Avs a couple of freebies. Total deflation for the team. Can’t defend him tonight. He has been tripe.

Oilers up 1-0 over the Hawks in the 2nd. And the hits just keep on coming.

I agree. However, the 8 saves that he has made so far, many have been quite shakey...especially in the 2nd.

So second goal goes off Andersson’s skate and does a 90 angle, and the other was a total breakdown leaving Wilson open, and people are blaming Smith for all 3?

The defense on the first was terrible too tbqh, not sure why Tkachuk goes to the far player, it took Gio by surprise and gave that guy all time to wind up.

Exactly. Horrible first goal.

Zero chance on 2 and 3.

I thought 2 on 8 was bad but 3 on 11. 4 on 12 if there wasn't a whistle.

The last two goals can’t be pinned on Smith but this went downhill when he let in yet another routine save in a game we were dominating. He’s letting his teammates down each game and taking the wind out of their sails. He needs to go.

I blame our horrendous jerseys. 2-0 with retros. Lost the rest of the home games with our regulars. Coincidence? I think not.

If they count this as a goal, I officially quit on this league.

Okay, I'm not pleased that that squeaked through, if it weren't for a whistle that would be another goal.

AVS shouldn't be allowed to crash into point blank range like that. Sloppy.

How often does a lobbed puck just stop like that? That’s not a bad read by Hamonic at all. Just a fluke

Woah, did an early whistle just go in favour of Calgary?

Smith looks like Final Year Hiller right now. Sigalet needs to go if we want to make a last ditch attempt to save Smith's season.
