Lindholm already halfway to his career best in goals scored after just 12 games

So I missed the first two periods. How has the team looked defensively tonight? Are the Leafs just stinking up the joint, or have the Flames not given them much? I see Toronto only has 16 shots on goal to the Flames' 31.

Flames are up two against the Leafs of all teams and we still can't stop bickering.

It's a good thing Lindholm is already signed.

Hamonic's skate blew on him there.

I stated a fact, you an opinion. If you choose to ignore facts...then I’ve got nothing for you.

I don’t get into stupid internet arguments...it’s a grownup thing. I’m done now.

Leafs have been super ineffective, but the Flames have also actually looked strong defensively.

So little of both columns. However, it's still encouraging to see Calgary tighten it up.

All pairings have been solid in limiting quality chances. Currently 16 shots against with 10 minutes left. Nothing to criticize defensively.

Leafs aren't playing their best, obviously missing Matthews. But the Flames have tightened up for sure. Nice not seeing a bunch of open guys in front and 2-on-1s.

Fantastic and working their asses off without the puck.

Terrific team defence, and Hamonic has been really good. The rookie pair has been solid too.

Whatever the Canes were doing, they were holding this guy back. He's good.
