Flames are lucky to be up right now. They've gotta get their feet moving. You can't just rely on having better top end guys, though they help immensely.

Full credit to Monahan for making that goal happen. Great to see that from him.

Happy to get out of that period with the lead. Flames' D was asleep at the wheel and the refs doing their best to make sure the Rangers tie it up.

Flames better tighten things up defensively in the 2nd and play a smarter game.
