Decided to keep watching. I think we're in for a good effort in the third. Probably won't be enough, but you never know.

Haven't watched much of the game but sure looks like there is an issue with burying high danger chances, particularly for #11.....

I saw one pass he made tonight that Johnny picked up and they entered the zone, that was pretty much the only thing that wasn’t unsuccessful.
And the PK flub was a back breaker

Smith is really trying to live up to his "puck handling goalie" moniker, and while he certainly is active, it's usually at a detriment to his team. He just needs to stop it.

He said Backlund, but Ryan Leslie pointed out the error, and he said he meant underrated. He was trying to explain what he'd heard from Keith Tkachuk.

I like puck handling on the penalty kill.
At ES, I think between Brodie, Giordano, and Hanifin, we have three guys I'd rather control the breakout.

In the NHL, you rarely win when the other goalie outplays your guy.

Can't buy a goal tonight. Making Allen look like the second coming of Patrick Roy

Neal is the fastest guy in the ice when the puck is loose within 15 feet of the opposition net.

That was a very deflating moment, coach should have knew to try and change things up, maybe send enforcer out to change momentum.

Not able to watch the game, is 0.792 save % indicative of Smith’s performance? If so that’s brutal

goaltending is the big question this year. And so far I am very nervous. Our D is below average (league wide). We need .920 tending to have a chance at the playoffs. And we need the 36 year old to produce it. Nothing behind him.
So far, no good.
