Too many 10 bell chances against, hard to get it going when you're facing not many shots and when they're coming it's an odd man break.

The Canucks are a genuine lottery team and the Flames are the ones struggling to keep pace. Friendly reminder that this is probably the easiest competition the Flames could have and they’re still struggling.

Hope so. Feels like the nucks had 2 good scoring chances that hit the net, and they both went in.

Smith should have had that second goal for sure. I have no confidence in Smith whatsoever and I doubt the team in front of him does either. Goals like that second one are so deflating.

Just once I would like to see our goalie come up with a huge save when the defense breaks down.

Tre has had ample time to address the goalie situation.

I just mean from Calgary's perspective, they went 3f2d everyone in they natural standard spots, goal.

The flames are deeper than they were last year but they aren't so deep that they have 8 power play quality forwards.

Don't need to over think it Imo. I know Peters likes the 4f/1d setups but the flames.dont have those horses, best to continue to roll lines and get these guys into a rhythm.
